When you send us crypto, each coin has a set minimum deposit amount. If you send less than that, the transaction is considered void — which means we can’t credit it to your account and we don’t actually receive those funds. They don’t bounce back to you either, because blockchain transactions can’t be reversed.
On top of that, every crypto transfer has a network fee, which is taken by the blockchain itself, not by us. This fee is deducted from what you send before it even reaches us. So, if you send exactly the minimum amount, the fee can push it under the limit — and it’ll be treated as void.
To avoid issues, always send a little more than the minimum. For example, if the BTC minimum is 0.0005 BTC and the network fee is 0.0001 BTC, sending exactly 0.0005 BTC means only 0.0004 BTC arrives — which we can’t process. Sending 0.0006 BTC or more ensures your deposit goes through without a hitch.
